- Brooks and I have 2 beautiful children - Owen is 5 years old and Ellison is 3 years old. I take care of them full-time and I also work as a nurse part-time. I work in both the Emergency Department and Outpatient Chemotherapy at a local hospital. I started this blog as a way for family and friends to keep in touch and watch our children grow.

This is Ellison eating her first ever Oreo cookie. She loved it! We could hardly pry it out of her hands. Needless to say she got a bath afterward!
